This has to be the easiest banana bread EVER. I can mix up all the ingredients in less than ten minutes. No mixer required, which is a huge plus because I don’t like lugging that thing out of the cupboard.
I used Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Baking Flour Mix to make it gluten free, but you can use your favorite all purpose flour if you’re not concerned about the gluten.

Easy Gluten Free Banana Bread
Quick, easy, and delicious banana bread! No mixer required.
Ingredients
- 3-4 Ripe Bananas
- 1/3 Cup Butter Melted
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch Salt
- 1.5 Cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium sized bowl, mash bananas. Add in melted butter and stir to combine.
- Add in remaining ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Mixture should be thick.
- Pour into a greased 4x8 inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour. Cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
