Easy Gluten Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/3 Cup Butter Melted
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1.5 Cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium sized bowl, mash bananas. Add in melted butter and stir to combine.
  • Add in remaining ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Mixture should be thick.
  • Pour into a greased 4x8 inch loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour. Cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
