Easy Gluten Free Banana Bread

- 3-4 Ripe Bananas
- 1/3 Cup Butter Melted
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch Salt
- 1.5 Cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium sized bowl, mash bananas. Add in melted butter and stir to combine.
Add in remaining ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Mixture should be thick.
Pour into a greased 4x8 inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour. Cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
